Delivery Information

General

We are big fans of eco-friendly practices, so our books are packed and posted using recycled materials wherever possible. This means you may receive an order in pre-used cardboard, and there may be different protective materials keeping your books safe from harm. We are very careful to not use packaging that is no longer suitable for safe transport, and we always do our best to ensure that your parcel arrives in a presentable state. 

We aim for a delivery window of between 3-5 days for orders within the UK, and upto 2 weeks for delivery to the rest of the world. Depending on the size and value of the item, we may use Royal Mail, Evri, FedEx or UPS to ship your order. 

Returns

• Items can be returned if they do not match the product description or photos provided
• It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for return postage
• Returned items must arrive safely at Wuthering Books within 30 days of delivery at the buyer's shipping address
• Buyers are responsible for returning the item in its original condition, and refunds may be altered if damage is done while the buyer is in possession of the item

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24hrs unless the item has already been shipped 
• We may cancel orders ourselves if we are at fault; this includes rare instances of inventory mismanagement or item loss
